There is no way to start this review, without highlighting the fact of arriving at the place and the first thing I see is a young man who seemed to work in the place but had the day off, who had the cashier on his lap and kissing in front . all the customers… I want to make it clear that I don’t find a problem with what they did, but I think the place and time is not right… since it is a family restaurant… it’s a shame, but it would be great if someone tried to control To the employees who are on duty… once again, it’s just my experience.

Went to McDonald’s to grab a snack with my sister. The drink area was disgusting & looked as though if hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Looking at it made me sick. Fries were cold & stale as well. Just the sight of the drink area alone is enough to not return to this location.

I went and ordered a cheeseburger with no cheese, aka a hamburger. I went to the window to get it AND THEY GAVE ME A CHEESEBURGER. And this is not the first time they have done that . One time I went here they FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY BURGER. I feel like every time I go to this one they forget something ‍♂️. Please just go to the McDonalds a mile down the road. It’s better than this one . I really hope next time my experience is better.

Incompetent. When the mobile order system @#&%$ up and a customer shows you a paid receipt and proof of a card charge on his phone, what should you do? “Nothing” is the wrong answer. You’ve got authority to make it right. I know you do because a store in Illinois refunded me $40 cash out of the drawer when they were out of Grimace shakes for birthday meals and I canceled the order. So don’t tell me there’s nothing you can do. I know better.

I had an issue with being overcharged for a fry I did not order nor want. I was dismissed by the person in the first window, I have them my money and got much less back than I expected, and that’s when I found out I was overcharged. I went to the second window and they started to figure it out for me and refund me what I was overcharged. I was parked, which I gladly did, as I understand they have other customers to serve and drive thru times. The ladies that helped me brought out my refunded money and my food, and thanks to the man at the second window. although I had an issue, it was resolved quickly and I was impressed and glad. Props to those ladies and man who helped me out! I appreciate it a lot! Patience and respect is required when facing an issue with a fast food restaurant,so just remember to be kind and let them figure it out.

It should be a zero for the racist and very bad attitude of the clerk taking my order thru the drive thru. I was not finish with my order and he shut me down and when I confronted him, his exact words were “me no Spanish”. I am an Asian who speaks good English. I have lived in the U S for over 40 years.

Went through drive thru. Girl taking our order very curt and unfriendly. Ordered 4 McDoubles, McChicken, fries and three large drinks. Ordered the McDoubles because a big sign at the beginning of the drive thru said Buy one get second one for $1. When we got to the window and she told us our total, we knew right away somethingwas wrong because it was a lot higher than we calculated. Asked her if the sandwiches were buy one get one for a dollar and she said angrily no and gave us the most hateful look. Pulled up to second window and manager was there. They gave us our food and they gave us double cheeseburgers instead of McDoubles. Told her this was not what we ordered and we’d like to see our receipt because the first gal never gave us one. The girl giving us our food who was working the window with the manager said you get your receipt when you pay; she should have given it to you, and asked if we really wanted it. We said yes, and she said we would have to drive around again and ask the first girl for it when we came through again. Manager said no I can do it, but yet still couldn’t figure out how to get us a receipt, and asked us to come inside.

I come here often for breakfast or for lunch. I have been very patient before I made this review. The guy that they usually have taking orders are running the first window baldhead he used to be very nice very kind always shook people hand however, his attitude is very terrible, you can tell him how you want your order he will take it the way he wants to take it. I don’t want anyone to lose their job however, as long as he is there, they are going to lose business because he refuses to provide good service.
