So I place the order and at the drive thru and what do you know. You will see two cars in front of me and two people there who was standing behind another person who causes a scene with the customer in the car. This is what reminded me to pull my phone out (customer complained about the people walking up on their, the person ignored her and stepped in front of them blocking them from the window. Placed an order for pickup. Drive thru takes obnoxiously long. Waited at the speaker over 10 minutes before being addressed. Doordash/Uber Eats drivers frequently skip the line. The homeless population congregate here and will consistently harass you for money or food. When I got to the window, they had my order entirely wrong and needed to be corrected twice. Do yourself a favor, take the extra five minutes to drive to one of the other locations in the area, and save yourself the trouble.

This McDonald’s is very pricey compared to other locations. I was shocked when my small meal came up to almost $14! Also, the women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting!!! I went in the bathroom and immediately walked out after seeing how freaking nasty it was!!! I don’t know if this McDonald’s location has custodians or not, but they really need to clean the bathroom. The stalls were also extremely small and narrow. They’re impossible to fit into. I wouldn’t return to this McDonald’s, it’s very filthy and ghetto, but yet their prices are high.

DON’T GO THERE – There are always beggars both inside and outside the restaurant. You’ll have very unpleasant experience. I’ve seen a homeless (probably mentally ill) screaming and attacking people walking on the street just outside the restaurant. Today I saw a homeless screaming at and harassing a drive thru customer waiting for their food in their car.

A much better system needed!! They lock the inside. All of the food delivery and app orders are squeezing in between drive thru orders trying to pick up. Car drivers are feeling uncomfortable and aggravated and arguments are sprouting up. Orders are getting mixed up! McDonald’s should not offer a service that they can not handle. Back to basics! I left without my order.

When the inside close just forget it. There is a couple of nasty workers here that serve what ever food they have. It could be cold or spoiled veggies like lettuce or tomato and they don’t care.
