Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The manager would not tell me the store number. They are always out of sweet tea. I asked if I could exchange a drink and she was not courteous at all. McDonald’s has really lost customer service in this store.

Horrible service. Went there on 7/7. They gave me cold, hard and stale food. Called them about it and the “acting manager” Manuel wasn’t trying to help and hung up on me. And called back and then a woman picked up who claimed to be the manager who said “i don’t need to give you my name” said “oh he hung up on you, that’s exactly what i’m about to do too” and hung up. Classless and unprofessional.

FIX THE ICE CREAM MACHINE!! I lost count of the number of times I visited this location’s drive-thru, and drove away disappointed because every time, without fail, they did not have ice cream. Another disappointment is how stale their food is (no matter the time of day). I don’t know what’s going on at this specific location, but management needs to direct their attention to these issues and take action.
