I went through the drive thru, ordered my meal and realized I forgot to order a sweet tea so I asked the guy to add it on.. he asked what size and everything. I get to the pick up line and she hands me everything except the sweet tea so I told her it’s missing. She told me she doesn’t speak English and to pull my car we’re they always have people wait when the food isn’t done. I waited there for 5 minutes so I decided to go inside, I told the woman what happened, she went to consult with the women that handed me my food and came back to me and said I didn’t pay for it. She even asked me what I ordered and went to the back for 5 more minutes to look over receipts to make sure I ordered it. I just ended up leaving. 10 minutes wasted for a sweet tea, how ridiculous. I’ve worked in a food environment for years, anytime a person was missing something I never questioned, I would just hand it to them. They doing all that over a $1 sweet tea and has now lost an everyday customer for it. They’re very rude

Went in store for an order and was appalled. The staff, I’m assuming, spoke only Spanish and kept yelling at this one girl that didn’t speak Spanish. One lady also kept hitting her which was really weird considering the poor girl looked about 16, and the lady was about 30. The whole thing was just awkward and uncomfortable to look at. Hope the poor girl is ok.

Pretty disappointed in this McDonalds. I don’t like pickles and lettuce on my hamburgers so I asked the girl to leave them off but I sang that to her just like they do in their commercials. It was just for fun but she got mad and asked if I wanted to leave, so I did and got it at Burger King instead.

I was wondering why I didn’t have a sprite with my order and the guy at the drive through wouldn’t give me one even though I ordered a number 3 with a sprite, when I got home I realized he charged me for someone else’s order and gave me the wrong food and wasn’t able to get the sprite because he told me I had to go back through the drive through

Well it’s McDonald’s was not going there for quality food. First was given someone else’s order. Then when I went in to correct problem crew was taking selfie pics. Ray Crock would blow a gasket if he saw this.
