I placed my order through the app and called them immediately to let them know that my friend and I decided to eat inside instead of takeout. They couldn’t find my order at first, and it took the manager to locate the ticket. I set the time to be ready at 3pm, which they did not see as well. After I verbally confirmed everything and arrived, the service and food were perfect. I had the chicken cheddar sandwich w/ cucumber tomato salad. The only issue that needs improvement is their online ordering, but I would still recommend them for a quick light meal.

The people here at first seem nice but when you voice your dissatisfaction for their mess up all bets are off!! I got called rude because I literally sat in the lobby for 5-7 mins and watched Elise the cashier refill customer drinks around my order and when I asked Kat why she didn’t call my order out and why she brought it from the back and just sat it on the counter and but clearly called the 4 orders After mine I get called rude!! Clearly you guys are unprofessional!! My receipt is there roll the tape back look how close I was to the counter if she called my name I would’ve been able to to hear the woman!! Then after that next time I drive up there I DEMAND TO SEE A POLICY CHANGE

Much bigger inside than it appears. This is a usually spot for lunch and dinner and it’s always great. The giant spud with sweet tea is definitely my go to. Staff is always friendly and food is always right. What more can you ask for?

Good food for lunch BUT the wait is kind of a bummer. On average, I can wait almost 20 minutes for my sandwich/salad to take out. The place is clean, the people are nice, and the food is good. I keep coming back even if the wait is frustrating.

I had the horseradish roast beef and cheddar, and asked for some of their pickled jalapeños, and it was so good! I had the broccoli cheddar soup with it. Just perfect for a quick lunch.

Made a mistake by thinking this was an authentic deli. I love a good rueben sandwich, but Arbys makes a better rueben sandwich than Mcalister’s. The potato salad looked and tasted like it came out of a can. If you’re looking for a authentic deli, look elsewhere 2/5 *
