Disappointed. I don’t understand the 4+ star rating. The flavor of the chicken, and steak fingers were boring. The only seasoning I could make out from the batter was maybe just salt and pepper before applying sauce. Sauces were nothing special.

It’s no real surprise like every place else the prices have gone up but the quality of food is still excellent. I’ve lives in Tucson for 60 years and I’ve Loved this place for probably about 45 of the years I’ve been here. If you have never been you’ve got to try it try the steak fingers they are delicious and rather unique, and make sure and use the cocktail sauce the Lucky Wishbone sauce for it, no barbecue sauce no Ranch just get their Lucky Wishbone sauce. And you could always switch out a couple of shrimp for a couple of the steak fingers if you like.

Nice counter staff. Chicken was cooked perfectly but the seasoning needs some adjustments. Just needed more pepper, a bit more salt, and less garlic (or maybe it was corn starch or baking powder… something just was slightly off in the aroma). I mean just salt and pepper pretty much does the trick when the cooking is right. Coleslaw was good. I’d go back again just to see if the seasoning was a one-off. But overall I’d recommend. PS….toast doesn’t belong in a box of chicken…. that’s a BBQ thing.

I have to first off by starting these, Saul the guy who took our order was very polite and professional. I didn’t feel like a customer I felt like I was family when I walked in. I was greeted with a smile, talked to like a friend and was treated with respect. The gentleman who made my order must have sprinkled magic over the food cause it was delicious!! I will ONLY order from this location for here on out and be a returning customer!!

Terrible customer service! Charged extra for a specific order and received incorrect order. We live 30min away. It would be an inconvenient to drive back to exchange! 75$ purchase, Ridiculous! Thanks alot Lucky Wish Bone! Will not return in the future with that kind of service.

On Tuesday Feb 28th my husband and I were made to feel very uncomfortable by the cook. Came into order food and the cook with the beard in the back was complaining that people come in when it’s near closing. It was 30 minutes till close. My husband ordered the 14 piece special and from the back the cook said no to our cashier. Then my husband ordered two seven-piece meals and when the cook saw the ticket he became livid looked right at us shook his head angrily and yelled ugh these people got to come in right before close time. We weren’t even the last customers. Four people came in after us.
