This place is excellent. We ate inside and had homemade meatball and chicken parmesan grinders. They were fantastic. The sauce and fresh red peppers were amazing. If you’re in the area, you have to stop in. Super clean inside. Looks brand new.

Reasonably quick service and solid quality. The meatball sandwich is great. The sandwich bread is very good. The Catania is popular, but I wasn’t overly impressed with it. Seating is very limited so you may want to plan on getting take out or waiting around for a table.

While walking in downtown Old Wethersfield, we decided to stop at Lenoci’s for lunch. We were expecting a sit-down restaurant from looking at their menu online, but when we walked in we realized that it was more of a deli style. We ordered an Italian combo, the Palermo, and some gnocchi, and all of them were delicious! When we were ordering at the counter, there seemed to be a little bit of disorganization when we were choosing our sandwich toppings, because the girl had to keep shouting back into the kitchen to ask if they had basic items. Overall though, it was a good experience and now that I know what to expect, I would return when I’m in the mood for a good sandwich.

Great variety of sandwiches and Italian items at Lenoci’s. Ordered the steak sandwich and the wait was barely 5 mins. Great sized sub with high quality ingredients. Will definitely visit again soon.

We ordered two chicken parmigiana dinners and I was appalled by the quality of the supposed “authentic Italian dish”. The chicken tasted like a frozen patty and jarred sauce over dry penne. Absolutely AWFUL. Do not waste your money. If an Italian restaurant can not make a good parm, GO ELSEWHERE. Will never return.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that this is one of the best sandwich shops that I’ve been to in the greater Hartford area. Fresh ingredients and bread, and you can tell every sandwich is created with care and not just thrown together. I had to get the Palermo because it’s my wife’s maiden name and I as very happy I did. I was also jealous of the chicken parm that another in our group got, I will have to visit again for that! A wonderful experience and safe to say you guys have a lifelong customer in me.
