Literally placed an order for a medium cheese pizza extra sauce, sat in my car for 15 min, went back in to pick it up, and this is what they gave me. A cold pizza that was CLEARLY old. This is my last time here.

For starters the salad was twice the size pictured and everything in it was fresh and crispy. My wife and I split the Garden Salad and Cauliflower crust pizza. The pizza is only offered as a personal size but it eats like a medium. Cauliflower has 3 grams of fiber per cup so I’m thinking that’s why 4-1/2 slices from this little guy are so filling. After my last experience with small but pricey pizza’s I was nervous but the first bite took those fears away. All the cheesy yummy goodness of a pizza with none of the guilt. You won’t even know you’re eating a vegetable crust. The online order was simple and fast and the customer service at pickup was very polite and professional. Kudos all around on this one Ledo. Oh, and in case you were wondering, we picked up our lunch at the Kingstowne Center location (5890 Kingstowne Center, Alexandria, VA 22315). For $22.xx and 8-carbs per slice of pizza we will DEFINITELY be back.

Very disappointed with my experience. Ordered a white pizza and received a red pizza. When I called to inform them, I was told me to drive all the way back and they would remake it. Really?! My sticker was exactly what I ordered, the pizza was not. If the wrong kind of pizza wasnt enough Ledos is known for it uniform toppings and this pizza was far from that. I did a half and half, pepperoni and olive on one side and sausage and spinach on the other. There was a handful of olives in one spot and a few more scattered throughout, pepperoni was fine. I barely got 5 spinach leaves on the other half and sausage was about as clumped as olives. So disappointed in this experience and will be letting friends know not to bother with this location!!

I’m a huge fan of Ledo for many years. Always satisfied w/ Falls Church, and any Md Location. So, Kingstown…Very disappointing that there is no staff here. We were sat at a dirty table(they were all dirty), and decided to just order online. When we were called to pick up our food, there was only half an order. I had to go back for a Stromboli: freezing cold and they didn’t provide dressing for one of our salads. We’re told the house dressing is “out of order”. Until they announce their issues here will be addressed I don’t recommend visiting this specific location in Kingstown.
