We got there at 5:30 on a Saturday and ordered dinner to eat there. We were then told the dinning room closed in 30 minutes. The front door indicated they were open until 7pm. Our food was brought to us in go boxes. Both salads looked slimy and brown. I asked for 2 new salads. I was told by the staff that he had made the salads that morning and all the salads would look the same. Are you kidding me…..that was my first thought.

I was so excited to try this restaurant! Friends said it was great as well. On a bright note, you can pick up a family bucket of spaghetti for an affordable price! And Tuesdays are less than $8 for spaghetti dinner. What I didn’t enjoy was the fact everything is packed to go. So we ate out of Styrofoam. Because of “covid”. I understand changing because of the pandemic, and it was not reflected in the cost. No servers. Order at a counter. And my child and I had two spaghetti dinners with garlic cheese bread, and two drinks for $40. And ate out of to go Styrofoam. If the sauce was amazing, I would’ve been ok. And it wasn’t! It was dark and lacked seasoning. I felt like it was a big can of tomato paste with water. The meatball was underseasoned as well. I was so hoping it was going to be amazing, and it wasn’t! The restaurant was beautiful, even though the food didn’t reflect that. I hope they revise their sauce recipe!

I’m still going with 4 stars even though my devil dog hot cheese and bread were a little cold and hard. I’ve eaten here before and this was not the case, I’ll try it again to see if I get the same result. I hope I really like this place and have recommended it to my friends.

Fast food. We had the spaghetti dinner, wasn’t great but I did like the one meatball that they give you and the piece of sausage. It wasn’t worth the price and I was shocked that I had to pay extra for another salad dressing. They give you a tiny serving and if you want more it cost more. Wouldn’t recommend.

Been going to Lechuga’s in the highlands for years. Their food is always great. The food here is also great. Only giving three stars because we had a group of five visit to eat last week and the gentleman in the kitchen was not very nice. We pulled two tables together so we could all sit together and enjoy some deliciousness food and great company. The man came out of the kitchen and in no nice terms told us we could not pull tables together. I asked why and he said because of occupancy…. We were literally the only group in the entire restaurant! I’m happy to compromise but the cook, manager, whatever he was would not work with us at all, so instead we crammed into one small table. It was a disappointing experience for a restaurant that is usually so enjoyable.

This was my first time ordering from the so called Italian restaurant. I wasn’t to impressed with my order. I ordered a individual pizza and a salad. The pizza was cold and I only live 5 minutes away. My pizza was also a little undercooked! Presentation was good for the pizzas but disappointed in the salad! I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Super dry from the bread and the sausage and no the sauce did not help neither did any of the staff when we brought it to there attention so I would recommend going to the one on Tejon cause this one gives the original store a bad look and taste
