Being here a total of 3 times the food is ok and its ussually not packed the overall service was ok until today. I came in was greeted by the waitress and ordered of the menu.A few seconds later the waitress brought some appetizers which I believed were complimentary and started to eat. Then another couple came in and asked for thier order (the appetizers)and I was immediately told that I took thier order and that the waitress had asked me for my name and thus accepting the order. At my table the 3 of us ordered seperatly 1 pupusa each and we were brought the 3 together and had to ask for seperate plates. The ownerwalked over and explained we were to pay for thier mistake due to them not being able to profit off the food any longer. The waitress did not admit any fault. Honestly I do not plan to come here any longer and would not come here anylonger. The couple who ordered the appetizers had told us not to pay due to them being regulars and the waitress know who they are and that it was thier mistake.

Food is not good. It used to be good, now the soup tastes like mint tea. Plus they take forever to get your order, the waitresses are rude. Not coming back.

The food is delicious and I love it! They were looking for help and I filled in an application, however, they never called me back. They still have that “Help Needed” poster on the door so I don’t know what’s up? Their waitresses radiate so much apathy it makes me want to leave. The service is really bad and the food takes a LONG time to be made. It is pretty clean overall, but if a table is dirty they take a long time to clean it. It’s good quality and probably the best Salvadorean restaurant around here, but it’s TOO SLOW.

The service is slow as heck because I wanted to take take out and I saw 2 people an older couple has been waiting for their food since I got there the poor things looked hungry and bored I don’t know if the food takes forever to cook or their missing resources but I’ve seen better Hussle from one woman selling pupsusas less than ten minutes then this restaurant that has more than one woman working their and your telling me it takes them a while to cook anything? They need more training
