The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and were happy to tell me about the restaurant’s secret menu items. Our family’s favorite restaurant in town by far; nowhere else compares. The food is always delicious every time we go. They always accommodate our group, no matter the size. The food is always hot and fresh each time we go. The staff and owners are amazing and make you feel like family. Every time we’ve been, the owners check on each table to make sure everything is good, no matter how busy they are, which is service we never see at other restaurants. If you come eat here, you have to save some room to try their desserts, the perfect way to finish off every great meal! We always look forward to eating here!

Incredible or should I say, amazing, homemade food! The strawberry margarita was fabulous too! The personal service and hospitality by the owners, Andrew and Melissa, was above and beyond! We loved it so much that we had to stop for lunch again, before heading out to Denver. You must stop in even if you’re within an hours drive!

What. A. GEM!! A bit outside of the main downtown area but absolutely worth the visit. The small details tell the story just as well as the main courses. House made salsa knocked my socks off, and I was able to carry some out (thank you!!). The owner spent a little time with us to ensure everything was perfect, and her care & concern was deep and genuine. Dinner was so flavorful and executed beautifully. Having spent some time in Mexico City I’m ruined for most Mexican restaurants in the US but this one will have me coming back every chance I get!

We ate here after a long drive across Colorado. I was wanting Mexican and found La Lupitas via a search for Mexican restaurants. Liked the reviews I read so decided to give it a try. Everything we had was really good, including the special of the day. A definite come back to place if in the area.
