I recently took my daughters to grab lunch here. We entered the door and the hostess just stared at us instead of saying Hi, welcome! how many in your party? So I said hi! She the rolls her eyes and looks down. Standing right in front of her I say again? Like hi, can we be seated? Cause she is standing behind the sign that says wait to be seated. She rudely says I was waiting for the people behind you. I replied what are you talking about I held the door open for the people that just went to their table I was the last person in. So confused and still not seated it’s been about 3mins at this point of her just staring at us and giving dirty looks. I say to my girls you know what let’s take our business else where. As we turn around to walk out she yells at my oldest daughter (22) and your smoking!! We turn around and replied what are you talking about?? Again so confused. My daughter was not smoking but again this makes no sense. We didn’t sit down when we walked in…just stood in front of her waiting to be seated. Next thing I know this bald aggressive man with blue eyes starts to kick us out recording us with his phone but, we were already leaving. And then this younger lady comes pointing her finger in my younger daughters (13) face threatening her and the bald man bumping his belly onto my youngest and I pushing us out but again we were already leaving all while the lady who caused all this screaming at my girls and I from behind him.

Ordered to go, the burritos were not sealed, so they spilled all over my car. You can tell where they sealed the burrito on the lid, really?? Would it kill you to pay attention? BTW I asked for a receipt and she would not give me one, I paid $50 for 6 burritos, why couldn’t she give me a receipt,?

We’ve been coming to La Luna consistently for over a year at this point. It’s become a sort of tradition to come in twice a month with my family after I get off work. We’ve never had an issues, until incredibly recently. The last two times we’ve visited the hostess has been incredibly rude. She is dismissive, mean, and outright ignores customers. The manager, who I presume is the owner, is the same, attempting to speak to them calmly and politely will only be met with hostility.

I stopped going to this restaurant, because I ordered the smothered burrito and it had one chunk of pork. What a turnaround. There were a lot of pork and it tasted great! The smothered chili verde burrito is amazing.

Menudo had no flavor they just threw spice in and water. Chile relleno could not even be seen or tasted because it was just a plate of tomato sauce basically. First and last time here. Waste of money just threw it away.
