There is a lot of love in the food and care in the preparation and service. I had the fried porkchops, yams and greens, my friend had fried chicken, double mac and cheese. After tasting the mac cheese I completely understood and low key was mad i didnt order any. And the blueberry corn bread was like cake, so good. I left on FULL!

This is my second review, and I can’t express enough how much my family and I enjoy this food. This time I ordered the turkey wings dinner and it actually knock my socks off. The wings were so tender that the meat fell off the bones; the gravy was smooth and seasoned perfectly. The collard greens were much better this time… not too salty and the sweet potatoes were firm and not too sweet. I also purchased peach cobbler for dessert which had the right dough to peaches and sauce consistency. I can’t wait to go back but I know I can’t eat this good all the time. Good Job!!

This is one of the best kept secrets of the Inland Empire. You can taste the love in every bite. Everything we had was seasoned to perfection. The cleanest soul food I’ve ever had…and by clean, I mean not greasy. Can’t recommend Kk’s enough! Now that we know, we’ll be back for sure! Thank you KK for doing what you do at such a high level. I ordered the chicken meal with sweet potatoes, greens, and complimentary cornbread. The food was fresh, and seasoned well. Everything was cooked perfectly. The service was good as well. I’ve had a hard time finding good soul food in the Riverside/moval area, this will now be my go-to spot!

First off, I love supporting black own businesses, but on first appearance, it is run down. Honestly, I should have walked out the door. I told myself no, maybe the food will taste better than what it looks like. The meun was very limited when I went. I ordered fried chicken and three sides. It was pricey for the little bit of food I received. The fried chicken was great, but the greens were very, very salty, the mac n cheese was not good, and the yams were different.

This isn’t it. I got 2 plates from here and it was almost $70. If I am going to spend $70 on 2 plates it needs to taste amazing. The collards were extremely salty, they were the saltiest thing I have ever tasted. The salt from the collards should have been applied to the oxtails and mac and cheese because both were bland and lacked flavor. I wanted to like and support this business but unfortunately I will not be returning. I have thrown out the rest of the food and will not be spending $70 at this location for less that mediocre food. This isn’t soul food. I am literally from the south and this isn’t it! Extremely overpriced for what you get.
