The food was awesome and delivered in under 15 minutes. The delivery guy was kind and friendly. Plus, the portions and crab sticks were great for this price! Oh, and they give you free rice and other things for ordering a certain amount!

Me and my wife usually call in orders for delivery from this restaurant maybe twice a month or so but the last time we ordered I decided to try the fish that was fried which I never did before. I ended up calling in the order of course and forgot to tell him I wanted extra Duck Sauce so I called back a second time and they said okay. Being that I never ordered fish from them before I thought maybe they would drown my fish in tartar sauce which I did not want so I figured I’ll call back to tell them to put the tartar sauce on the side please. the lady who answered the phone immediately had an attitude and said this is my third time calling for this order I said so what I’m paying for it again she said rudely “this is the third time, I put the tartar sauce to the side you called three times already three times” she kept on dwelling on that then hung up the phone on me very rudely, while I was mid-sentence- having the phone hung upon you totally stinks and is completely unprofessional especially for a business that you are giving your money to.. We will not be ordering from here any longer and not to mention the delivery guy stands there awaiting a nice healthy tip which I get but come on now. read the other reviews, some of these delivery workers can be rude. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that while eating my beef with broccoli I found a small gray hair inside of my food

First-time customer ordered for delivery the very person to answer the phone was Extremely Nasty, I respectfully try to explain to him but he insults me saying I don’t know where I live because I don’t know an address. After all, I said there’s no Ave only street. I told the rude guy to not talk to me like that and then the lady talked for him she was calmer so after seeing their 3.9 reviews I rather not waste my money on their business. This restaurant needs to learn people skills. Warning , I Highly Extremely don’t recommend eating there. Eat and order for delivery on your own risk.

This is the only Chinese fast food in the area near my office. It’s usually pretty busy so I figure it must be OK. So far 0 for 2. The first time was for young chow fried rice (eg, everything) and today was chicken and shrimp combination. On the plus side, it was freshly made. On the minus side, it was bland. I guess the lesson is, don’t order the very last item on the lunch specials menu. I’m going to give it one more shot and then sayonara.
