Bad customer service. Cashier said that they had wings when asked. 2 minutes after we ordered and paid, the cashier told us there were no wings and we had to wait for more. So we asked for a refund and we were told “we don’t do refunds”. To make matters worse, we had to wait a long time since they were understaffed and 3 employees were sitting in the corner talking and laughing.

Ordered the spicy famous bowl for the first time through door dash and this is what I got , with 3 burnt pieces of chicken . The bowl looked like a soup , FILLED with oil . Didn’t seal the bag , was missing an item as well. Waste of 18 dollars , threw the bowl away . I think these workers need to get re trained lol . Never getting food from this store / KFC again.

Owner is trying to save money I guess because the front counters lights are off. For a second I thought they might be close but then there’s a few people inside. There was NO staff available in the front counter to take our order. We were third in line Waited maybe 5 minutes for a staff to appear on a weekday lunchtime. There was one staff member doing the drive thru and another one in the kitchen. Maybe hire more staff members or schedule people properly? They really need more staff because the dining area was dirty, the trash can was full, the soda area was messy.

Went through drive thru and was told to wait in the front for my order. There were 20 cars waiting for their foods in the front. Employee told me because they wanted their drive thru time down so that’s why they made everyone waited in front for their foods. I waited 2 hour just to get my chicken combo meal. This is Ridiculous and worst KFC ever been to. Every customers was angry and mad. Why would it takes 2 hours to get one combo meal?????

I went to the KFC on Monte Vista That is attached to A&W! The manager was completely rude and disrespectful cussed at me and everything over talk to me when I was ordering my food. She had zero respect! If you don’t like tour job then you should QUIT! Very bad service. Employees and management are rude and shouldn’t be working there! I have NEVER BEEN SO Appalled with customer service that I was just given!

Omg! So I went around 230 Feb 26 wanted a pot pie said it would be 25 mins I have a three month old in the back seat too long for me went to my sisters in Hughson really wanted that pie thought they said they’re putting them in fresh maybe its true ill risk it and go back before I go back home in modesto omg! I wish I would have got two!! I left it in the car for like 30 possibly and hour fed baby all that I bring it in the house its hot still perfect temperature i had pre heated the oven didnt need it I dig in delicious wish I had another one for later I breast feed and hungry all day long iam in love with the pies costcos is alright this one that top crisp sweet layer hits the spot

I have never had a worse experience anywhere in my life. I didn’t even order in the drive thru, The associate was so rude and unhelpful, I just drove thru and went somewhere else. He clearly didn’t want to make any money or serve any customers. The man has the customer service skills of a cracked out girl scout. I will NEVER return.

I found a fly in my root beer float and when I called to let the employee know what I had found, she was extremely rude and made it seem like it was my fault. When I returned the float the guy at the window apologized and gave me my refund, the person in the back of him was still giving me dirty looks. I’m currently pregnant and flies carry many bacteria and diseases.This fly look extremely old and wouldn’t have happened if they cleaned their ice cream machine properly.

Waited 30 minutes for my food and Waited in parking #4 where told me to park and gave my food to someone else. Took them 15 more minutes to make a new ordered. Only had 2 employees working and none of them knew what to do.

Horrible customer service! Lady with glasses who was at front taking orders was extremely rude and disrespectful btw said she was the manager! Refuse to take my husbands order thru drive thru. They parked went inside told them to leave that we weren’t her customers and to leave the restaurant. She has a disgusting attitude I called corporate and they took a report I know this isn’t the first time she done this before she’s before but we’d never called until now this is too much!!! If she doesn’t like her job she should leave or get fired!!!!
