Expect to pull up and wait. Even with no other customers inside or in the drive through we had to park. Wouldn’t have minded if the food was fresh or the sides were more than enough for one person when you order a meal for your whole family. Pretty sure the biscuits were a few days old. My family loves KFC but unfortunately can’t find one that the service or food isn’t lacking.

This was the most ridiculous excuse of customer service I’ve seen in a long time. My order was taken and my account was charged ($54.49) at 5:20pm… about 6 to 8 minutes after placing it on the app. We went to pick it up at 5:30 (10 minutes after receiving the email telling us it was almost ready). We were told the order never came through and the would have it finished in 20 minutes (5:50)… at 6:00 they said the were almost done… at 6:12 they “had a problem with the fryer and no tenders” finally at about 6:15 the order was ready. I can accept and understand staffing issues but blatant lying to the customers is not acceptable. I will never order from here again… what a waste of money.

Didnt get what we want n we couldnt even eat it .we ordered the Long John Silver’s chicken n got KFC Chicken strips that were over cooked. But first we got chicken sandwiches had to go back n get this what ever chicken it’s bad when your dog wouldn’t eat it.

Went here Seprember 30,2022 at 12:42 for lunch. Wanted the buffet but it was already torn down. Or maybe it isn’t used anymore. We left and went elsewhere.

This one needs a zero star rating. Got to the speaker at the drive thru and waited over 5 minutes while the cashier was ‘busy’. Then, the ordering process for a single meal was difficult and the cashier was rude. Spent over 10 minutes to get one meal and then they put 2 pieces in a 3 piece meal. Just a very tired and run down location with a work ethic that will not keep this one open much longer… at least not while making money.
