Worst experience I’ve had at a KFC, the lobby was filthy, i saw several spiders in the lobby, heard some very innapropriate conversations behind the counter, and there were several times where every employee in the building just went outside to smoke, i stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting just for some ketchup. Absolute shame for this building to be taking up space in this town. Should tear it down and put in something that people actually like.

I did not receive the large mash potatoes and gravy. The fried shrimp in my variety meal was not cooked all the way and the fish was over cooked. I ended up throwing all the shrimp in the trash. It took about 15-20 minutes to wait for our meals. I was not very happy when I got home and found out the Potatoes and gravy were missing!!

Expect to pull up and wait. Even with no other customers inside or in the drive through we had to park. Wouldn’t have minded if the food was fresh or the sides were more than enough for one person when you order a meal for your whole family. Pretty sure the biscuits were a few days old. My family loves KFC but unfortunately can’t find one that the service or food isn’t lacking.
