We came here on a whim when our movie time got pushed back due to being full. There was about 35min to spare before they closed, and although I really wanted to treat the kids to some delicious burgers and shakes, I was half expecting to get turned around or asked to order to go. To my surprise, they greated us with smiling faces, seated us, got our 2 burgers, hot dog, large order fries and shakes to our table within enough time for us to eat, pay and be headed out the door by 8pm. It was a quick, yet awesome experience and the food did not lack at all. They did not make us feel rushed, and in fact told us to take our time.

I’m in town for birthday weekend and my mom takes me to this burger place as she calls it. Anyway we got a server named Sammie who really showed customer service is still important today. She was so bright and bubbly and really was very pleasant to have as our server. I will definitely be back to see her again.

Niya was our waitress tonight, she was so friendly and awesome. All the staff was so sweet and nice to the kids. The vegan food was also amazing. I had the impossible burger and a vegan Oreo milkshake, both were fantastic.

My first time at this location. The Mall is Very pretty, but elevator stations are badly designed. Horrible experience getting to 3rd floor. Only One elevator to get there. Seemed security personnel did not want me to get there either.

ASK FOR NIAH!!! We came in after a movie and Niah was our server. Incredible girl! The place was busy and she was practically serving every table on her own. She came over and apologized for the wait and was super sweet the whole time. When the food came out there was a minor mistake and I didn’t see a need to bring it up be she noticed and immediately offered us a free milkshake. Insisted, rather. All in all, excellent experience. Ask for Niah.

My first time visiting a Johnny Rockets since Cedar Point more than a decade ago. I was very happy with my order, the Route 66. Mushrooms were grilled nicely and the burger was juicy. He onion rings were alright too. And the chocolate shake was very creamy and not too thick. That’s how I prefer it anyway. Would recommend.
