One of my all-time favorite chain dining experiences. The service is always fast, friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean, and although the parking directly in front of the store’s front (west facing) is rather treacherous at times due to being narrow and low visibility, not mention unattentive drivers coming from both directions, it is a great location. Directly east of the now almost completely extinct Foothills Mall. I recommend the Italian Night Club (#9) sandwich.

I come to this JJ regularly for lunch or dinner because it’s close to home and I love the food! The staff is always super friendly for walk ins & gets my food out fast each time (really good customer service). I have also ordered delivery as well, my food is always dropped off super quick in comparison to ordering thru door dash and so yummy when I get it. I will continue going and recommend this restaurant to anyone it’s so good!

Not “Freaky Fast” today. Yes I went during the lunch hour rush but it should not have taken over 23 minutes to get two sandwiches. According to my receipt I ordered at 12:34 and checked my phone as I was walking out and it was 12:58. The employees were nice and the food was good but the whole reason I chose Jimmy John’s today was for a “Freaky Fast” lunch and it just didn’t happen. I didn’t see any large catering orders leave as I was waiting, just others like me walking out with one or two sandwiches.

I absolutely love this store, i always come here on saturdays and the manager Hamza is the nicest person ever. He is always polite and always gets my order right, if anything is wrong he is more than willing to fix it without any pushback, the crew is extremely fast and efficient and i always get my order on time.

I recently ordered delivery from the La Cholla store. The food was good and fast like always. Unfortunately I ordered a large soda and it couldn’t have had more than 8 ounces of soda. I wasn’t half way done with my meal and I was out of soda. I did write to them explaining that I wasn’t happy and got zero response. I guess if I want JJ again I’m going to have to get it myself.

I ordered a sandwich and it was delivered to me incorrectly. I called them to let them know I was upset with it, told them I didn’t need a refund or new sandwich. I left it there and shortly there after an employee (maybe the manager) drove back over and gave me back cash refund, and a couple cookies. That is a very class act in my opinion and shows a lot of integrity. Thank you to the Jimmy Johns La Cholla location for your great service.
