Here are a couple of pics of the sand which delivered. $20 (includes the additional tip for door dasher). I’m completely unsatisfied with the contents of the sandwich. I have a better experience with Jersey Mike’s. The quick delivery was what kept this from being a single star review.

owner at this location ONLY cares about himself only!!! Employees are always coming and going!! He does not train the employees that he hires at all!! if he wants a favor he will text the employee, BUT if a employee has a question, he will NEVER Respond to them NEVER. He has way to many delivery drivers, and the line is always talking, standing around, and not doing their job, That is why the delivery drivers can’t get the orders out freaky fast!! Plus the rules for delivery drivers change day to day. catering orders are only suppose to go out 15 mins before their delivery time, but some employees leave 20 to 25 mins with catering orders, and if another employee does it… they get in trouble. its always different rules for different employees. I understand as a business owner he has to have enough employees and drivers in case some are sick, or some calls in at the last minute. he also has employees he treats better than others. The food is just average at best. In my opinion, POT BELLY on the same side of the street is way better for the price and quality of food. PLUS if you google reviews.. pot belly reviews are way better than jimmy johns, and so are their health inspections with the city of richardson. PLUS, the bread at JJ is soooooo full CALORIES and FAT!!!! Well, let me tell you that I have NEVER been rude to any customer,

Jimmy John’s is a solid spot for a quick and delicious sandwich. The bread is always fresh and the meats and cheeses are sliced fresh daily. The staff is also very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. I would definitely recommend Jimmy John’s to anyone looking for a good sandwich.

I went inside to order. As I got home ALL 3 of my sandwiches were missing stuff. I don’t understand how either because I was the only one in the store. I paid for extra bacon, asked for onions and extra oil/vinegar and I didn’t get any of it. Asked for peppers & oil/vinegar on another one and didn’t get it. The last sandwich I asked for no tomatoes and I got no lettuce instead. They also didn’t cut them in half when I asked (something minuscule). It’s just frustrating to get home to eat with everything wrong.
