This place is terrible. We pulled in at 8:20 and it closes at 9. We went to the door to go in and get 3 to go sandwiches after a loooong volleyball filled day. They were already cleaning everything up and locked the doors. As we walked away the lady yelled out the window and said we are closed very rudely. This trip was very disappointing and the workers were very disrespectful.

I have been ordering sandwiches from this location for over 2 years. Sandwich is consistent in quality, but what makes me a returning customer is your delivery driver Bri. She always has a smile on her face and takes the time to get to know her regular customers. I never have to worry about my order if she shows up, because I know it’s been double checked. I did not have a good customer experience at store #2219 located at 923 Broadway Blvd in downtown Kansas City. The order taker named Damarkus was very rude , unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. Aside from this the wait time was long for my food and when I got my order the food was not to my satisfaction. He did not offer an apology for the long wait time, as a matter of fact he didn’t even say anything to me at all. Very nonchalant attitude. I feel the food itself and most definitely the poor customer service I received was not worth the amount I paid for the order. This was my first time at Jimmy Johns and it will be my last. The company should make better hiring decisions on the type of people they are putting in positions that have direct contact with the public because they are the face of the company. I am disappointed.

Didn’t say on the board the sandwiches come with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. Staff refused to remake the sandwich without the veggies and mayo. Not the first time we have had problems with this location but it will be the last time I have problems with Jimmy John’s. Poor service combined with super high prices for a sandwich is unacceptable.
