First and last time I will ever come here, the 15 year old behind the counter is too blazed to remember that you ordered a vito “no tomatoes” and he’ll throw them on anyways. You’ll ask for a Jimmys cuban, and he’ll give you a 10$ sandwich with a mayo, single slice of ham and pickles. no cheese, no bacon, no mustard. You’ll call the store to speak with the manager and let them know that both sandwiches were messed up. The manager will laugh in your face, say “give him a break, he’s only 15”, and then call you rude just for letting them know our order was wrong, then they’ll hang up on you.

Ordered a sub at 11:32, called at 12:06 saying I ordered like 40 minutes ago and wanted an update. The employee said “It was actually only 34 minutes ago. It will be going out on the next run.” Meaning it hadn’t even left the store yet. As if 6 minutes less makes that any better?? I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded and she did do that right away.

Love this location. Always fast, tablrs are clean, seldom crowded. This is in a location that is great to catch a bite and catch your breath on an otherwise busy day. It us accessible going East or West on Ulmerton just before the highway takes you to the Howard Franklin.

Overpriced for what you get. You don’t get a receipt to confirm your order. I’m 90% sure I added bacon, but totally forgot until after I finished the sandwich. If I had the receipt, I would have noticed they forgot the before I ate the sandwich. So, I got charged for something I never got in my sandwich. And toasting a sandwich should be more of an option.

Their too stupid to understand delivery drivers make crumbs for pay and they want to make sure their getting a tip, or too lazy to drive there themselves and complain they had to wait for the food to get delivered strait to their lazy mouth.
