I walked in to order 2 sandwiches hoping to enjoy my sandwich, the clerks were rude, unwelcoming and working without any motivation.. it was my first and last visit at this location. Food was well prepared but, the order was filled incorrectly. When I returned to correct the order, they had a poor attitude and gave me the impression that they believed I was lying and wanting a free sandwich. Eye rolling, argument and blaming me for making the wrong order. To wich I let them know that the order was placed online.

Always great subs. Love that they use fresh quality meats and cut them right in front of you. My favorite sandwich is the chicken cheese steak, but if I’m going cold I like the Italian. When I’m eating healthy the turkey hits the spot. Also always friendly service!

I tend to stay away from this location because of the customer service and the cleanliness. However I was feeling under the weather and needed food for my son and myself I was also happy to us Grub hub for the first time. Placed our order at 4:18. Received confirmation that our order was in the works and would be delivered by approximately 4:50/5 o’clock makes sense there was only two sandwiches and two bags of chips ordered and we are only 1.5 miles away. Needless to say I called an hour later to find no record had actually been kept for when our food was made or picked up by the Grub Hub driver (spoke to someone named Sandy/Daniel) all I know is it was going to be 5:30 and our food still was not received. Not giving this location another try.

I’ve been eating Jersey Mike’s for about two years now and I absolutely love it ! I usher to be a huge Subway kind of guy, but JM Subs sure has taken away their business ! The food here is beyond great, it is freshly made every day and all of their meats and veggies are cut fresh daily, and in front of you. This particular store is my favorite out of all the ones I have been to. The store is perfect in size, the staff is helpful and very friend, especially their worker Brittany. Every time I see her when I order she always welcomes every one and is very respectable and friendly, she always asks how my day is going and always remembers my usual sandwich which is a plus in my book. Who knows how many orders this girl has memorized, above all I’m sure she makes her customers feel good and special. Even when it’s busy the staff go above and beyond but especially her, I’ve seen her in action when I’ve dined in. Everyone there is amazing , the food is amazing and I would definitely recommend this place to any one and on a personal note they would be very lucky if they are served by Brittany herself.

So we got there and ordered a number eight and a number 52. We weren’t asked what type of bread we wanted. I told the guy I wanted avocado I wanted my bread toasted he toasted the top half of the bread because he wasn’t listening My husband asked him to cut his sandwich and half it wasn’t cut it was just a disaster. I’m diabetic I only get to eat so much at a certain time but when I eat I want my food the way I want my food not the way the none listening staff decided to do my food. I’ve never been unhappy at a Jersey Mike’s before but this trip I regret. I will not go back.
