Both May and Sirr gave exemplary customer service. The store was very clean upon arriving. It was about 20 minutes before they closed and they were more than happy to help us fashion up a couple of amazing sandwiches. Although it has been a couple of months since I’ve been to this location, they did not disappoint! This is my favorite Jersey Mike’s location.

My little brother and I were excited to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time, hoping for a better experience than at Subway or other sandwich shops. As we walked in, we noticed the deli counter, which set it apart from other establishments. My brother ordered a chicken sandwich and I ordered a Philly cheese steak. The staff were polite, but not overly friendly or helpful. We got our sandwiches with chips and drinks for $30, which felt expensive for the quality of food we received. All in all, our experience was just okay – nothing special.

The location is clean and has a nice beachy ambiance. Staff was polite and pretty quick. The sandwiches taste like they have fresh ingredients and vegetables so I don’t feel bad about going out to eat. Good place for a meal if you’re in a hurry and want something fresh

Tyron is terrible! I go to this location a couple of times a week bc I live in the neighborhood. I know the staff pretty well at this point and there’s this guy in there today (doesn’t work often) and he was so rude to his coworkers right in front of customers. He kept demanding to know where things were while this poor girl was making sandwiches and then at one point he literally (and physically) pushed passed her- not bc he needed something near her- but because he was trying to be intimidating to her. That’s against the law, and certainly against policy, I’m sure- and if I were her I would have filed a formal complaint against him. But as it turns out- the manager was on the floor… smh. And he’s a nice guy! But he also needs to manage his team better and set very clear boundaries with the staff that they have to treat each other with respect and touching another employee should never be tolerated. He always acts like customers are bothering him by merely existing too. Bad attitude as soon as a customer enters and just seems angry to be there in general. Maybe go get a different job you like? I can tell you the next time I come in if he is there I’m going to specifically request he not wait on me. Ps- Mikey and isis are amazing and always remember my order!! They make sure to greet me with big smiles and amazing customer service.

This location is slow. I was waiting longer then expected for one sandwich. I would not recommend during lunch break if your on limited time. I was wondering why there are four people and one only making the sandwiches. I noticed the others standing around. I did not receive the best customer service the sandwich makers were coming off rude and I was given an excuse for the slow service. The music was to loud. I had to ask the sandwich maker to repeat themselves twice and eventually ask to speak loader as I could barely hear them. I would recommend lowering the music or speak load enough for customers to hear you. Overall not impressed with food or service.

By far the best Jerry Mike’s location in Arizona! Mei, the manager, is incredibly friendly and does a fantastic job of operating this location! Everytime I have been in it is clean and never a bad line/wait time no matter what time of day it is! Absolutely fantastic in every way.

Mikey and Chris helped us today and they were awesome I asked for mustard like I usually do when I come in and Mikey said do you want yellow brown or honey I appreciate the options as this is the first time anybody has ever offered me this.
