This is a great black owned vegan spot. I had a vegan bacon, egg, and cheeez sandwich that was delicious, and ordered the “deli slice” to go. They also had vegan mumbo sauce that was great. I will definitely be going back. #vegan #blackowned

My friend is vegan and I am not. This was my first time trying vegan and I loved it. I was really afraid I would not like it, but it was delicious. They told me they air fried the sweet potatoes, they don’t fry with oil. I see an air fryer in my future. Do not hesitate to eat here. It is really good. I had the salad that came with a chicken patty (vegan) with sweet potato fries. I just loved my meal.

James and Jo cafe was a delightful experience. I personally had the Chikn Sandwich with fries and mozzarella bites an an appetizer. The food was great. Specifically impressed by the mozzarella bites as they were breaded and very stringy which isn’t common when vegan. Everything is america style food and well worth it if you’re in the Bel Air MD area and need a bite.

Ive been meaning to go here for quite some time so I ended up going here today. There are not a lot of vegan options in harford county so this place is a nice change to see. The owners did a really nice job decorating the place from inside. I ordered the vegan burrito and the chicken sandwich. Both were very tasty and distinct in flavor. I would definately come back and try their other options as well. The owners were very nice and friendly.

We were SO happy to find this place on our way down to BWI. I had the salad and my husband had the hot tamale burger. We both loved it. “Chicken” was super crispy and everything was incredibly fresh. Sauce flavor was excellent.

AIR FRIED VEGAN FOOD!!! This is a combination I never thought I’d get!!! I haven’t been eating fried food for a while and then I decided to go vegan so it limited my options. Well at James and Jo Cafe I am pretty much restriction free. They have vegan food that is tasty and prepared in a heart healthy way. I ordered the Chick- Phil-a sandwich with an order of fries (both air fried) and a piece of lemon pound cake. Chiiiiillllllleeeeeeee it was amazing! You gotta try it.

Definitely going back! Good food, fun atmosphere, and the music was at a volume where we could talk. Owner said they have plans for outdoor seating which will add another nice option.
