Went around 330am and debated going another jack in the box that is closet to my house. I’m glad I didn’t because everything was PERFECT. My munchies meal included Ultimate cheese burger added bacon, onion rings and two of the most delicious tacos I’ve ever had from Jack!!! That woman put the temperature just right where I instantly became satisfied with my decision with going there. Props to the 3am crew!

The WORSE SERVICE EVER…. They messed up on my order & when I went inside to tell them all the staff were gossiping in spanish ALL so very rude & the manager was totally disrespectful showing me the receipt of what I supposedly ordered. Then had the nerve to tell me to bring back the curly fries I didnt order so he can give me the onion rings that I did. When I went inside to take the fries back he wouldnt serve me… It was a $30 tap for fast food. The customer service there HAS ALOT TO BE DESIRED…..NEVER AGAIN… ILL TAKE MY $$$ ELSEWHERE!!!

I just came in today at 12:30am on Sunday 6/25 to get a hamburger and they were very rude they don’t welcome you. I ask for ketchup and ranch because they never put ketchup inside the bag I always have to ask for it and get and ugly attitude it’s like how I’m I gonna eat my fries and hamburger with. By the way they charge me extra for ranch and ketchup which was really stupid. I just don’t get why are they always rude like they should have better customer service in this place. He had a disgusting attitude and also the lady that was giving my food in the drive thru as well. Never coming back again .

Very low at the drive-thru instead of moving the cars and parking them in the parking spot a line all the way to Branham which creates traffic and then to top it off the lady at the window has a bad attitude I don’t mind waiting cuz the food at Jack In The Box is excellent but definitely better training other than that service the food was fantastic
