I only use the drive-through, so the reason for the five stars is that they always have friendly employees. When making orders, location is always fairly efficient in terms of timing, which can be challenging if you have no staff. The locals are friendly at all times.

i have no idea why 200 drunk people fighting inside a jack in the box is better than opening the drive through but my food is full of spit and i sat inside for way longer than i wanted to, surrounded by so many children…..

I ordered food on the app and Even though I was charged, the restaurant was completely closed, the drive thru had cones in it, and all the doors were locked. I never received a refund. It was a thrusday night at 830 pm, so they must have had staffing issues I guess.
