Had a great lunch here. I ordered the Black Heron sandwhich and my friend had the Finch. I got the pesto tortellini pasta salad as a side instead of chips and it was delicious. Good service and a super clean ladies room.

Stopped in for lunch. Walked out after 15 minutes because the servers found it more important to chat. Went to Micks and had great service. Update on previous review. Decided to go back in June. Our server “Nicole” was excellent and gave us a discount for the earlier problem. The food was great and we will go back.

The food is fine, but the value just isn’t there. $12.99 for a sandwich with 5 chips, just doesn’t seem worth it to me.

Great Happy Hour with delicious well crafted brew. Appreciate having this new brew house on the Libations Trail . Good food, too with charming service.

I’ve been here three times since it opened. The first time, the experience was awful, but I thought it was because it was new. Each visit has been worse, and the last time was horrendous. The broccoli cheddar soup was brown and tasted like it was mixed with the tomato soup. The order was completely wrong (it was for takeout), and we waited an hour and a half for the food. We ordered fish and instead got chicken, but they still gave us tarter sauce for some reason. The bread was all soggy. While waiting, I watched the order being put together. By the time everything was in the bag, everything was cold. There was not ONE person dining in the restaurant, but the staff were all more interested in conversating with eachother. I love the Isaac’s in Mechanicsburg, so it is sad that this location is not even comparable.

Service was exceptionally slow for a not very busy night. Staff seemed poorly trained. Food took over 50 minutes to arrive for 3 sandwiches, never got any pickles. One sandwich had sauce on it that was requested to be omitted. French fries were covered in salt to the point of being inedible unless wiped off. You’d think they opened last week, not a year ago. Will not be returning.

Nicole went out of her way helping a woman who recently underwent surgery. She was kind and helpful to the women and her husband. The food was delicious!! Definitely will return!

Fair restaurant overall. Service was good, food was good prices were fair. I am only giving this 3 stars because it was just good and not great, I would recommend this place for casual lunch dates or meetings. I ordered the Mallard, I was surprised at how small it was for $12. I would have expected more roast beef. My wife ordered the Ruben and it was a little dry. I was a little disappointed expecting more from a sandwich shop.

Stopped in for a quick lunch to this new version of an Isaacs. It wasn’t super busy, probably because it was new. Service was quick and I was in and out in a reasonable timeframe. My chips bag was ripped open, and they promptly replaced it. I order a standard Isaacs sandwich, which was as tasty as I have come to expect. I haven’t tried the beer, but perhaps next time. The menu didn’t seem to be available online yet, so I posted some pictures.
