This was the most unpleasant, uncomfortable, unprofessional and dirty establishment I visited. With limited time and other restaurants to capacity I wasn’t left with many options. The cooks were playing on their phones and flirting with other staff and I can almost bet you that’s why it took 40 minutes to receive my food. The food was an absolute joke (see picture below) square cheese on hash browns is not my idea of an extra 2.50 to add cheese. To keep this short, I’ll end here. Stay away. Very concerning cleanliness issue also.

I had an amazing experience at the Sandy Springs location. Mrs. Vicki was my server and she was the sweetest. She was very attentive & she took her time and made sure we knew all the promotions that they were offering before we place our order.

If I could gave zero stars I would. Very rude employees. Period! Zero customer service even the uniformed manager. Can’t sit while waiting for our food to go while there’s a lot of vacant sits. Not them knowing most of the people are traveling and Ofcourse tired from the flight. In general customer service should be taught and learn professionally.

My experience at the IHOP Express in the Atlanta airport did meet my expectations. I ordered via the QR code. Ordering was simple and easy. The wait was somewhat slow but not too bad. The waitress explained that they were short staffed. Understood and no issues with that. My visit took a turn when my order arrived. I ordered via the app , a la carte turkey bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese and one pancake. The bacon was pork instead of turkey. I informed the waitress and she agreed it was pork and to6o it back. She brought the Turkey bacon out and it was not cooked to my liking. She asked if I wanted on the grille longer and I said yes. She came back out and said that the manager stated that I could not swap out because I ordered plain bacon. I explained that I ordered turkey. I then ask for a refund and the manager came out to look at my receipt. She saw the price of the Turkey bacon and said that it was indeed the turkey bacon. She agreed to bring back out, However it was still undercooked. I left the bacon and eggs untouched as it was not good at all and did not meet my expectations.

My experience was quite good. I was very hungry and stopped in around lunch time. I decided on pork sausage and hash browns. The food came out quick and they were so tasty. For just over $2 those hash browns are some of the best I have tasted. An ample portion also. I got a nice brunch on the cheap and was very happy. I would come back here in a pinch.

There were almost no clients and I orded food and waited about 20min until finally they told me it’s too late to prepare my order. I put 20% tip when I ordered via their QR code. They said they’ll refund my order and the person gave me a paper were it said the refund will be transferred back to my account. The amount was without the tipp but I didn’t say anything. No money ever arrived at my account. People shouldn’t support such a company. Go eat somewhere else guys.

This place has awful workers. My phone was dead and you can NOT order food at the counter. They make you go to the table and scan a QR code and order online. I tried explaining this to the employee behind the counter. And she kept telling me to scan a QR code. And before I was able to explain why I can’t scan a QR code, she would just talk over me and tell me I need to scan the code. Eventually, I gave up and went to TGI Fridays. If I owned this restaurant, I would be pissed that employees are that incompetent that they literally turned down money because they would rather talk than open their ears and listen for 5 seconds. Horrible service! Guy brings out order with no utensils and no syrup. Says other lady would do it, but that never happened. Same thing happened to the table next to me. I gave them 2 stars just because the other lady was nice and helpful.

Worst experience I have ever had at an IHOP location. Any positive reviews on here either must be bribes or fake. First three items we tried ordering we’re either not available or no longer on the menu. French toast not on the menu? Are you kidding me? Oh and they were “out of coffee”. It was at this point that the lady behind the counter became extremely combative and rude, customer service completely going out the window. We went to sit down and were told that the only seating area available was closed. We were told that by worker who is sitting in that area on her break, who mumbled something about different shifts. Every worker in this location is a lazy rude individual who is unable to even perform basic tasks. On top of it all, the guy in charge was a temporary manager from that completely different restaurant. He was professional, but not even had IHOP logos on his uniform. He was helpful though and I’m glad he was there the wise we would have got nothing
