Horrible service and horrible food if I was the owner I would take a step back and really consider my future with that staff he has there especially the kitchen staff. I am very disappointed with them. I frequent there all the time and it was so bad the server only came to our table once to check on us and never asked why the food was untouched. My 5 year old could make Mac and cheese better then them. It was cold and from a box with added shredded cheese that made it nasty. They need to change the oil in their fryers the chicken tenders came out very dark and burnt. I understand people want to save money but don’t cut corners with people’s food and health. My burger was so char broiled it was not edible. Come on SCOTT fix these problems and we will come back. Also the table was dirty along with the booth seats. You can watch the staff standing around on their phones. If I owned the place Scott I would make the servers have sections not bouncing them all over the restaurant and even outside. That makes it hard on them to focus on what guests that they have.

Thier wings are amazing!! Tried the chicken quesadillas, not so good (had a funny taste). My husband had a steak quesadillas ($5 more than mine)…his food was yummy.

Been pining to go for such a long time, especially after the location in Chandler closed up. We were seated reasonably quickly, and our server was so sweet. The wings, by extension, were amazing. Had the Firecracker (sweet chili) and Coco Loco (habanero/coconut/lime) were super tasty! The broccoli side was better than it had any right to be.

Service was friendly and relaxed. Most things were very prompt. We went early afternoon which for a bar like this I would assume was their slow time so everything was moving a little slower but that was fine because the food was absolutely awesome! There were so many things on the menu we want to try that we have to go back. It’s not particularly cheap but the food seems higher quality so the price is fine by my book.

Went on a Monday at 5:30. We were seated quickly. There was a medium size crowd for happy hour. Our server ( Shiloh ) was a very nice, polite and efficient server. Her willingness to help us make the right choice to make our dining experience very pleasant. My wife had the chicken wrap and fries. Her choice was tasty, with chunks of chicken that were moist. The fries were soft but cooked. My Monday burger special was a quarter pound burger with a good choice of toppings included. My friend were the same, I ate them all. A clean place. I think we will come back and try something else. And maybe get the same server!

Had not been to Hurricane in years. Food and service were great, however, we wait 45 minutes for our food. It did come out hot & fresh once it arrived. We came in well after the lunch rush and the restaurant was not busy.

We were there for family feud night. I ordered the wings. They were easily the WORST wings I’ve ever had. EVER!! It seemed that they were sitting around all day and then given to me after dipping them in sauce. They were dry, chewed like rubber and overall terrible tasting. I can’t believe they served me these. All the waitress did was chuckle when I told her about it!! Maybe because she was incredibly nervous?? Not sure…….
