Food was fresh and tasty. The lettuce was an actual nice piece of lettuce, not shredded or wilted. The onion was crisp and didn’t taste old, like some places. I prefer the curly fries over the skin on fries, but they were good for what they were.

A fast food establishment that does a good job at what they do. This place was slammed when we got there, most parking spots full, 7 folk in line, but the staff was good, food was done right. Corporate Hardees could make this the poster child for July !!!

I wish I would have kept my receipt so I would know the cashiers name. Whoever was working drive-thru around 12:30pm today was one of the most polite young men I have ever encountered in any business. His manners and professionalism were 10 STARS! But… there’s only 5 stars total ….. and I had to take one off because the curly fries I ordered were barely warm- not hot all- and literally half the box was regular fries instead of curly. The frisco burger was really good and the service was lightening fast. I would not have minded to wait a bit for hot fries though. For the price, the fries should have been what I ordered and hot. But really I came here to say that the kid working today deserves top pay because he is providing top-notch service. If you want to keep a great employee like that, you should hold on tight (with $/benefits/rewards) because he is the kind of employee that makes businesses successful

I usually go to Hardee’s in St Robert, but this time I had to go to the one in Lebanon, Missouri. I was really upset for a few reasons. Number one I had given the cashier at the drive-thru $30.11. the total was $25.11. I gave her a 20, a 10, a penny, and a dime. She turned around and then gave me $4.90 back. I told her that I had given her $30.11, she said no I gave her $30.01. I then ask her why she didn’t tell me that whenever she counted out the money whenever I told her that I had given her $30.11. she said she didn’t think about it. Anyway, I get my food and I drive away. I get home and the fries are barely warm, and I got two larges and both were only half filled. So I will not be going back to this establishment.

The food is great but the plugs don’t always power. The power goes up if your accessory is turned off powering and goes down if turned on and powering. It’s supposed to power in the positive both on or off. The alternator is not as fast as the direct current. The direct current works when the accessory is off and the power goes up but when it’s on the alternating current does power fast enough and the accessory powers drop.

Building wasn’t the cleanest and the food wasn’t the best…. The staff was very personable and the food came out quicker than my brother my freshman year, so that was nice!

The service was very slow, and we only ordered 2 burgers. And when we went to eat them they were not good at all. In my opinion, the only thing good about the Hardee’s in leb is the curly fries. Even then I’d rather go to Arby’s for those.
