I got a sausage egg biscuit and it was cold. I took the egg completely off and the biscuit was so hard around the edges I had to break it off. I was very disappointed in the food and the lady that took my order wasn’t very friendly either. I don’t think I will be going back.

I’ve been here a hundred times but when I last went, the parking lot was packed. I dreaded walking in for fear there’d be a huge line. There was no line. The staff had managed to get probably 30 orders done for a group of gentlemen having a weekly meeting amd we’re ready when we came in. The cashier was helpful amd explained the new items and menu changes. We ordered and waited probably 4 minutes for our food to come out, which was freshly prepared and tasty. The only fast food place that sells biscuits and gravy. The biscuits I had were perfectly baked and the gravy was hot and creamy! No one else does this. The breakfast platter is still a great fast deal!

I just went to Hardees. I ordered a combo number 5 and a spicy chicken sandwich. I did not get my . I don’t have time to go back up there. I keep trying to call them. I have called 6 times in a row. They will not answer the phone. Someone answered the phone one time, she put me hold…then hung up. I know they aren’t busy. It takes 20 minutes to get one order, anyway. I’m pissed.
