If I could give this restaurant a 0 I would. And this is solely based off the so called “manager” of the place. We were a party of 5 and 3 of us had gotten the broiled salmon. All three of us didn’t like the salmon and thought it had a sour taste and smell to it. The manager came over to the table and basically told us “it’s fresh. We have never had a complaint about the salmon. It’s our top seller” and yet every plate that went by was all fried foods. She then walks away and “acts like she went to the kitchen” just to come back and tell us “so I just checked and smelled the fish and it’s fine”. Not once did she apologize. Only defended “they never get a bad salmon”. The waitress we had was super lovely and came back saying the manager adjusted the bill. Come to find out we were still charged $17 for “6 custom items”. When we were going up to pay we asked what this charge was for and the “manager” very rudely said they still had to charge us for something. Never has a restaurant only adjust the cost of the “bad item” but still charge you for everything else that came with it when we barely ate any of it. She rudely and sarcastically said “so you want me to take everything off?”…. That’s not the point. And yet still didn’t apologize. Only kept saying “in 18 years we have never had one person complain about the salmon”. Which that is NOT possible. The “manager” is in a lot of denial and does not care about her guests experience. You are better off NOT coming to eat here because if you don’t like something the manager is just going to tell you that they never get any complaints.

TERRIBLE ordered their “fresh” seafood and tasted like a sweaty sock. Our server was so sweet, but the “manager” (grey haired lady with glasses) is extremely rude and petty. We told her that our salmon tasted funky and she said “we’ve been opened 18yrs and never had complaints”….come on now LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS. She didn’t once apologize. Manager guilt tripped us in paying for the tiny baked potato and frozen veggies because it’s a “small business”. We will never go back. If you want nasty salmon and food poisoning, this is your place!

I ordered the boiled popcorn shrimp. Came with baked potato, slaw ( in small plastic cup ), and hush puppies. The shrimp was served in this tiny bowl and there were 12 popcorn shrimp. I think I had the same amount of hush puppies. Extremely disappointed. Won’t go back.

They offer take out at their take out window which is cool. Clean spacious dining room that’s great for social distancing. Enjoyed our food. Note the crab dip was good but not the best I’ve had.. but our meals were excellent! We shared a broiled plate and a fried plate. Portions were large hot fresh and goooood! Staff were friendly and offered great assistance with ordering and with choices..

I’m a huge seafood lover! Not every establishment has good seafood, but this one is a winner. It was my first time visiting Harbor Inn Seafood, and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent, and the service was pleasant. It’s definitely going to be one that my family and I will frequent more often going forward.

What a super find! Awesome atmosphere (the painted walls were so pretty). Really affordable and delicious food. Exceedingly friendly staff that provided excellent service. I would definitely go here for a meal again. The shrimp & grits were some of the best I’ve tasted.

My food was delicious. They were super busy that day. They only had one waitress my husband wanted a shrimp dinner with a side of grits. The manager waited on us and got the order wrong and they brought him shrimp and grits. The waitress brought it to us and we told her the order was wrong and she took the food back and brought the same kind of grits with the peppers and onions without the shrimp. They were busy short staffed so he didn’t get what he wanted he just wanted a order of plain grits and fried shrimp ♀️

First time visiting this establishment. Pleasantly surprised. I had the broiled snapper, baked potato, and salad. Everything was tasty and hot (extra points for how hot it was). I’ll definitely return.
