The food isn’t bad but it’s not the main attraction. Guido’s is on a great corner of downtown for people watching. It has all the charm of the downtown Champaign area. Day or night. Great place to take a date, friends from out of town, or for that occasional low-key evening out.

The food is just okay. My partner and I felt like our burgers were flavorless. I liked my onion rings but felt like they were lacking salt. The drinks are tasty but pricy. I really enjoy the boozy shakes. I recommend the chocolate-covered strawberry one. However, they’re pretty expensive (roughly $13/person). For two burgers and two shakes, I spent roughly $70.

Kayla was friendly but not always visible despite tending the bar. The food was a selection of typical tavern offerings in decent portion sizes. Atmosphere was quite, decor is dated.

It’s our first time at Guido’s today. Great sports bar environment. Great service. Food was high quality and delicious. Only issues: a group of people was being very loud at times. I ordered a burger and didn’t get utensils. I had to order my drink 3 times because I kept getting a flavorless Pepsi. The waitress was very nice about it tough. L&J

Liked it so much we visited two consecutive nights. Nice environment in the heart of town. We were staying across the street at The Hyatt so it was especially convenient. Good menu, great beer specials, super employees.
