Read about the new ownership and hadn’t been to the shop in a while. Stopped by for a breakfast bagel. Toasted sesame seed bagel, buttered, with with egg, cheddar, and bacon. Was delicious !!. I’ll be going back to try the lunch bagels – they have soups, salads, and cookies and brownies too.

So sad. I miss the old great American bagel. Bagels are not nearly half as good. They put a thin amount of cream cheese on the bagel. When you ask for extra they charge over $2 for extra on the bagel. Such a shame on the new owners… pic of bagel with the extra $2 cream cheese…. This is the amount every bagel should have for the price you’re paying for the bagels. Lol

If you are looking for a place with helpful personable staff as well as quick service and high-quality food and drink, Great American bagel is a place for you. I’ve been going here for a while meeting weekly with some friends and the staff are so friendly and welcoming each week when we come back. We love the variety of food options and the coffee flavors change as well between each week we are there. The interior is decorated for each season and holiday and they have upgraded the decor as well as seating options! I would highly recommend this place!
