Good pastries, food just OK. Clean. Slow and slightly rude service… I speak Spanish and English, that wasn’t the problem. Vibes are just off – felt like a coffee counter in a hospital lobby.

Excellent service and various options. You can enjoy pastries from a window but also different options of eggs, oatmeal, fruits, proteins options. Several coffee options, and other drinks, including veggies and fruits combinations. The place was clean and very serene with outside and inside seating.

It’s a small cafe of sorts for a quick grab and go snack I’d say. Their croissants were good, but nothing extraordinary. Not sure why I had anticipated more but good clean place for croissants and all. They have a great buy 3 get 1 free croissant deal.

One of the best cafes in the city. I recommend the spinach pastry and empenada, as well as the French toast and eggs. The pastry selection is amazing. There’s indoor and outdoor seating along Brickell Avenue. Great spot to go when it is sunny out in the morning or for brunch. There are multiple locations too. This spot has my Certificate of Approval.

This place is odd because it does not seem to want or like business. I’ve tried to buy something at this establishment a few times now since I live across the street and the location is convenient. More often than not, when I walk in there is no staff behind the counter. They usually hang out in the customer / seating area, and when I walk up to the counter they kind of stare at me for a moment before resuming their conversation. Is there a “may I help you”? Nah. Acknowledgement in general? Nope. I usually stare back at them, then turn around and walk out. If they are not prepared to receive my business, I am not prepared to give it to them. By all indications though, they do not want it anyway? Very odd. I assume Granier will go out of business at some point (without service or revenue?) and am curious to see what takes its place because of the convenient location.

Inviting ambiance and friendly service. I had the egg whites omlet and an almond croissant. They are generous with their eggs whites and cooker well. Only issue was one piece of toast was stale. The almond croissant didn’t look great but was baked well and tasted great.

Excellent croissants, coffee and tea matcha but terrible customer service, server were always distracted, they didn’t even give me utensils and the place wasn’t even full. Terrible experience. At least the food was good.
