Went here for my birthday the other night. The service was exceptional. Gianna went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She was amazing! They have a lot of specials of the day for appetizers and dinner. Every time we go we leave happy.

Let me first start out by saying the owner and the staff is very welcoming. Very happy and pleasant. Each individual makes it a point to Interact with their customers. They are very attentive, friendly and willing to accommodate special request. They all make you feel like family and comfortable. The restaurant is small but worth to give this spot a try. Close to home ,delicious food & its BYOB. Can’t get any better. They have quite a menu. So far everything that I have tasted has been delicious. No complaints here. The presentation of the food is great. There’s always a new dish to try. They give it their own twist of amazing flavors. The portions are great. I always leave with a bag. If you are looking for amazing food, looking to stay local and willing to try something new and fresh. I highly recommend Fusion 27 in Totowa, N.J.

Took 6 people for Mother’s Day. Food was very good and the service was excellent. I had the shrimp/octopus avocado appetizer. I would call it a ceviche. It was a little bland. Could have some cilantro and more citrus but it was very fresh. I also had chicken parm which was a huge portion but I’m just not a tank of panko bread crumbs. My mother loved it though. All the others at my table loved the dishes they ordered. I wish they had a better desert and appetizer menu but all in all it was very good and I would definitely return.

Fusion 27 is probably the best restaurant in Totowa right now. The food and service is top notch! The menu is seasonal so it changes. Ive been there twice and both times they did not disappoint! The place is small so make your reservations and go there asap!

Local BYOB Italian restaurant. They have a simple menu with rotating daily specials. Specials are presented on a tablet so you can see what you’re ordering. I think that was a very nice touch. Food was good but took forever. The rice balls appetizer (only 3 per order) and pappardelle pasta with filet mignon, asparagus, and mushrooms(overpriced, could’ve got a whole steak for less) were good. My friends tried the glazed salmon and loved it! Overall, an average dining experience.

Tried Fusion 27 for the 1st time tonight although my friends have been here before. The food was absolutely delicious and I recommend it highly! The gnocchi with short rib was to die for. The halibut was cooked to perfection as well as a skirt steak and the chicken. The appetizers were made up of watermelon salad and burrata salad-Absolutely fantastic! Don’t forget the desserts. The bread pudding was something I never tasted before-I would eat it every night! I can’t wait to visit this restaurant again!

We stopped for lunch on my mom’s recommendation. We were welcomed upon entering by Christian, who was eager to tell us about the restaurant. He began by inquiring if we had any food allergies that they would be able to accommodate since all dishes were made from scratch. The specials menu was enhanced by ipad photos they had taken of the dishes. It certainly did whet our appetites as he described each dish in turn! We settled on appetizers of grilled calamari salad and homemade burrata with avocado, asparagus and tomato salad. The fragrant crunchy baked bread they brought out was extraordinary! Our appetizers were quite large in size so we decided to split an entree of homemade ravioli with goat cheese and fig. This dish was the show stopper! Tender light tasty ravioli in a buttery sauce that melted in your mouth. Even though we didn’t have much room left for dessert, we could not resist the homemade bread pudding, which is also in the photo. It was absolutely delicious! I did not ask, but I wonder if that same bread was used to make the bread pudding
