As positives, location is easy to find and service is good. The restaurant is dated and in the basement which smells. The plates werent clean and looked like they were used for last 10 years and the table cloth smelt stale. The dishes tasted sweet and were not authentic as an example most dishes had sweet added to them. The portions for some dishes were ridiculously small like raita which around 50 ml or less not even adequate for a person. Lastly, they added a group service charge of 20% for a family of 5 people with 2 kids. Service charge is fine but its nowhere called out that it would be charged. Overall, do not recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for an authentic Indian experience at reasonable price!

I tried this place for the first time and I will definitely be back! There was an issue with my pickup order not being received when I arrived to get it but they were quick and efficient in getting it ready and out to me quickly. I had the butter chicken and the food was a bit bland. I had my leftovers today and the flavor is much better today after it had time to mix. The prices are reasonable for the portion size as well which is a huge plus.

Quite possibly the worst indian food in the dmv. Ordered the mixed grill through delivery and everything was so incredibly dry. The chicken was so dry and bland and the shrimp was dry and salty. Please get your Indian food fix from literally any other place.

This is an amazing authentic Indian who serve each customer diligently… The staff is awesome an the food is delighting I eat some Brandi masala my frieds had some chicken and shrimp.. We share some wine and some Taj Mahal beers… We enjoy our time at this place … We really recommend this to everyone…

The food taste awful. None of the items we ordered were tasty. More importantly, I would want to bring to the notice of the owner and other people who are reading this review that there was an area in the restaurant walkway where the tiles were broken. The restaurant should have got these fixed or removed them completely from that location. A 4yr old kid in our group, when he fell down by mistake, hit his forehead on the floor, and the broken tiles have cut through his skin. There was bleeding and when rushed to the emergency, they had to get sutures done on the forehead. This kind of ambience and facilities are not acceptable, from a restaurant which showed 4-Star rating on google reviews.

Well not sure where to start, the only good thing about this restaurant is the location and nothing else at all. Place is dark and dingy, needs some serious cleaning and renovation. Our server was nice, but food was horrible. We ordered lamb karahi and chicken tikka masala. First of all, portions were tiny like seriously TINY but on top of that our lamb karahi got less lamb and more big chucks of onion, tomatoes and bell pepper. Who does that? When we have paid you what you asked then at least give us SOME lamb but several chunks of big uncooked vegies. Chicken tikka masala was the most disgusting think I ever tasted. Like it was nothing like tikka masala, its taste was horrible. Also, keep in mind they would add 20% service fee in your bill.

I’m currently at this establishment. It’s a bit backed up and a little slow. They definitely took over 40 minutes to produce the food. The place wasn’t the cleanest either. They sat me next to a table that hadn’t been cleaned despite being vacated. Let’s just hope that when the food finally comes it’s tasty
