One of the best Kebabs I’ve had in Memphis. I placed order for Gyro burger and mix kebabs to go. Everything was amazing. The gyro burger was an amazing surprise. Really enjoyed the sauce on top of the meat. Mix kebab came with 4 different kind of kabab. Each meat was cooked well and tasted amazing. The service was amazing. The young girl in front was super friendly. Overall, I had a great experience. Will come back during my next visit to Memphis.

Flames is great, It is a definite must stop for any college student in the area. The location is close to campus so you are able to walk from the dorms. The food is immaculate, all the seasonings and flavors are super good. I typically get the lamb and beef toshka which is basically like a thick quesadilla. The garlic butter sauce stuff that comes with it is why I keep going back. I’m not sure exactly what that stuff is but it’s so good with any item on the menu. Their fry seasoning is perfect, just the right amount of flavor to contrast the flavor in the meat. They’ve got some really good slices or cakes as well. The service may not always be 5/5 but it typically stays around a 3 or 4 out of 5 so it’s not terrible to go to. The interior is a little dingy and could use an update but in no way shape or form is the building falling apart, it’s just a little outdated. Flames is one of my absolute favorites to frequent and I highly recommend giving it a shot cause you will find something on their vast menu that you will like

I wouldn’t waste your time. I’m more than qualified to critique this place and was treated horribly. Will never return. Encourage others not to even bother trying. Missing food for my pick up order, and with a long line they put my fix ticket in at the end of everyone. I sat there with half my food cold waiting for 1 item. This place has no idea how to handle customers or mistakes.

Wanted to try something different, so ordered lunch and there was a 2 for 1 special. Ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and the lamb shank. Both were delicious and still hot when we received them! Will definitely eat here again! The wrap was full of chicken, fries were well seasoned and the lamb was soo tender!
