Delicious as always! Took a little while to get my food, but I understand they were very busy when I got there. Given the fact there was only three members of the staff working they did an excellent job, and cut no corners on the food. Also very friendly. Kudos to the staff working on November 17th 2019 at 5pm. 5 stars

Burger tasted like a sloppy joke. Patty was pink inside. Bread cold and was not toasted. 2 little pieces of iceberg lettuce. Five guys has fell off the deep end.

A pretty good Five Guys location. The speed of my order is fast when I go out and eat later in the day. A little slow at lunch, but definitely worth the wait. Comes with a good amount of fries, no matter what size you order. The potatoes are fresh and fried right for me. Overall, if you want a good burger quick, this will work really well for you.

There was very little customer attention. The brown paper bag was greasy on the outside when I got the meal. When I opened the bag I saw why the bag was greasy, the burger was oozing. I ended up tossing about half of the meal.

Fresh meat on a quality bun. You can taste the fresh beef in every bite. I’m not a fan of the steak fries, they’re good but not great. The food is pricey here because everything is a la carte here.

The service at meal rush was very efficient. My burger was not the impressive quality I’m used to at other Five Guys, and a regular meal ran me $18. It’s on base, and better than the galley, but will absolutely challenge your wallet.

Food is good quality, generous portions, and relatively quick for made to order. Knocked since stars off for the price. It has been a while since I’d been to a Five Guys and the sticker shock! Almost $17 for a small cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. No dessert, no fancy extras… Basically a value menu mean at any fast food restaurant. $17! That’s Disney world prices, just little better quality. For that price, I’ll only be eating there very occasionally.

I had forgotten how overpriced 5 guys was. I only went because a friend said that he had never had a burger there. When my total was announced I did a double take. 5 guys burgers are filling, there is no question about that. The double patty was moist and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. So was the price. Bottom line is that although it’s a decent burger it’s not worth the price overall. If you get fries and a drink as a combo at a better price point then I would rate it higher.

This location use to be really great, the food was quality, all the attention to detail to each meal no matter what time of day. I have been visiting this location for about 2 years. The past month it has been going downhill really fast. One way you can tell is that you get your order really quickly, it use to take a while because they would make your order fresh. I will list a number of detail that overall point to a general lack of quality. I got my order in under 2 minutes. Pickles have been out of stock for over a week. Last week my fries were over salted, this week, they weren’t hardly at all, and they tasted like they had been sitting for a long time. The bun was somewhat soggy and the bacon was only half way cooked, it was still crispy, but just barely, one of the things i love about 5 guys is how crispy the bacon is. Another small almost negligible factor is that everything is put together evenly on the sandwich, this looked kinds tossed. I know each one of these things may seem petty, but overall it’s just a really big drop in the quality and makes this location no better than going to a McD’s.
