Definitely not what we expected. I should have walked out when I saw rice being heated in the microwave but we were craving halal food. Meat is not cut from the stick like in the city and lamb looked more like ground beef. The portion of “chopped” dry meat you get for a platter of $11 is ridiculous. The hot sauce wasn’t even Spicy.

The food is super fresh. The Chicken is nice and tender. Little pricy for the platter but you can always end up getting a pita sandwich instead. Honestly tho for food this good its worth it

New to the area and trusted reviews. Food was awful. Worst falafel I have ever eaten. The falafel platter was plain rice, soggy salad and 5 stale dry falafel. The falafel sandwich was the same just in a pita. Hummus was excellent and pita was good but no pitas given with platter. Very skimpy. I’m also sick of ordering online and getting charged a higher price unexpectedly. Not right. So far, Union County takeout in general has been a major disappointment.

I have been meaning to try this place since it opened because it has a few vegan options. I called in my order so it could be ready when I got there. I walked in and the place was very clean and put together and the guy behind the counter was nice.

Kareem’s customer service is outstanding! He goes the extra mile, even assisting customers with parking. The cuisine is very fresh and tasty. The whiting fish platter was very well seasoned and fried to perfection!

Soo good. I have been looking for a good place for shawarma and I finally found it. Me and hubby throughly enjoyed. Karim is super nice too. Had our questions answered. The pita was unbelievably fresh.
