Nah, did me dirty, I got a double chicken tostada salad meat was hard had an old shell of a Tostada Smelled like it was stale sad thing is I had nothing to eat all day and my funds were low so choose to eat here☹️, Never again. Great place! I haven’t been to an El pollo loco in a while, but this one was great. The workers were very friendly and accommodating. The food was great. The restaurant and restroom were clean and kept in order. They also have good quality high chairs for babies.

Best Pollo Loco so far for me! Trust me when I say I have been to over 30 Pollo Locos (what can I say, I love crazy chicken) and this one has been the best one. I ordered through uber eats and not only was my chicken delicious but everything was sealed and they did not forget anything in my order. Simple but not easy to find these days. Kudos to the workers at this Pollo Loco, seriously take a bow.

I thought I didn’t like El Pollo Loco until I started going to this location. Everything is served fresh, and it’s delicious. I usually get the double chicken salad and the avocado is always ripe and green and the lettuce is always clean and fresh. Also the customer service is usually super friendly and in my probably 100 visits they’ve never gotten my order wrong.

So awesome! We went through the drive-thru at 9:20, and they close at 9:30. In our order was a small bowl of soup, but they were out, so 10 minutes before closing they made a new batch of soup. Didn’t even mention that they were out until it was being made- we totally would have saved them the trouble if we’d known! Amazing customer service, great food, and friendly faces.
