Easy in and out. Service was great. Margaritas were flavorful and strong. Fajitas were okay. Nothing special. Chips were a bit on the stale side. It was simply a mediocre experience.

We went for a quick meal with the whole family (4 adults, 2 kids). Got in quickly on a Saturday night, and enjoyed a nice meal. Good service and a nice meal, with lots of options.

First time visiting El Jinete and it was fantastic. We split the fajita plate for two. Came with chicken, steak and shrimp. All the usual sides as well – refried beans, pico de gallo, gauc, lettuce, rice and sour cream. Great bang for your buck. This could feed at least three people and maybe four depending on how hungry everyone is. Had about half of this leftover to take home. House salsa with chips was solid. Salsa had a little bit of a kick, but not too much. Corona to wash it all down. Definitely will be back.

AC had died and fans were deployed- not effectively. Margaritas were decent, chips were stale. Service was good, waiter made a good effort, but quesadilla was frankly, awful. Why is it so hard to put CHEESE into a tortilla? It was soupy, greasy and flavorless. Yuck. A waste. Won’t be back.

My husband and I ordered the burrito el barzon and we’re not disappointed! They were delicious and a little spicy. Our waiter was super friendly and their salsa was delicious!

We loved our meals here! The food seems very authentic. The margaritas were delicious. I loved the tacos, refried beans and rice. You get lots of chips and yummy salsa. Nice selection of kids’ meals. And the prices are great. I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area.
