I found that if you get a butter pecan flavored coffee mixed with blueberry, it tastes like blueberry cobbler. It is so good, I recommend trying it. Also the turkey sausage, egg & cheese croissant is delicious as well. There is always a wait at this Dunkin’ Donuts, but if you are not in a hurry, the coffee and sandwiches are worth the wait.

The employees are absolutely fine they’re the only reason this store has two stars instead of one, this review has more to do with management. This Dunkin has an average drive thru wait time of 20 minutes according to the last five times I’ve stopped due to severe unremedied understaffing. They are either always out of 90% of food products by 7:30 am or their ovens are broken, the coffees are usually really good though (again, the employees aren’t the issue at all they’re always cool and make good drinks and do their best with what they’re given by management)

I ordered an iced coffee and it tasted like iced flavored coffee water. I also ordered a dozen donuts and they looked old and tasted worse. The employee handed me my drink but “forgot” I ordered donuts. I was there about 8am in the morning. I won’t be back to this one

Why this place can NEVER be CONSISTENT with the coffee beverages…I will never understand. The morning crews tends to always have watered down, super sweet coffee: while the afternoon crew tends to make it PERFECT. This definitely needs to be addressed cause it makes the coffee nasty and useless at that point. A waste of money.

This is the slowest dunkin I have ever been too. The wait is always 15minutes or more and that’s just to place an order. There is no way to get out of drive thru so you’re forced to wait. Today after waiting 10 minutes in silence at the intercom I said hello before staff rudely addressed me to inform me that I need to wait since they are short staff. Being short staffed and waiting is not the issue. The issue is that even when they are not short staffed the wait is no different. Staff is in the place playing and not paying attention. They do not address you or inform you of the wait for you food.

The food is typically decent here is mass produced fast food, drinks are either really good and make right or the espresso is burnt or they are thinning out your drinks with water. The place has gotten even more expensive but I’m sure that’s all Dunkin’s now. Used to be worth the money / gamble but I’m not sure I can recommend taking the risk any more.

Had to change my review; since my last one 4 months ago this store has had a come around! They are rarely out of things, if they are they are normally super apologetic, the drinks are made the way you like them, and service has picked up!

Unfortunately this restaurant is always slow. Definitely don’t go through the drive-thru if you’re trying to be in and out. I always order through the mobile app it when I get there they still end up getting my order wrong.

I ordered an ice coffee which was fine. The half dozen doughnuts were the problem. I understand I came at 10am. But instead of filling the box with what they wanted they could have said do you mind SOMETHING. dumb me drove all the way home for 2 of 6 donuts to be right. Tried to call 3 times no answer. CAME ALL THE WAY BACK to have to wait at counter for 10 mins while 1 dude stood there dumb like, 1 girl was making coffee and taking orders on headset(only one to speak to me) other girl was laughing and goofing off with the other dude making her something to drink for the 2nd time as she loud and obnoxious. Finally I’m like getting annoyed and then the loud one comes over. Do better.

Understaffed & Dirty; wouldn’t eat anything from here. Person taking orders & money also preparing food with same gloves on. Really sad cause I’ve been wanting some donuts. Krispy Kreme are too sweet.
