Loved their corn donut. Ordered the pesto cheese sandwich before, and it was juicy and delish. This time, kinda dry, not too much pesto, but it was ok. Kids who work there should be more attentive and customer service oriented. Their coffee and donuts never disappoint. I don’t get why there are offers on the Dunkin App, and when u go to a Dunkin store, they don’t want to honor the offers, neither want to give u the free items we earned with our points. Dunkin is almost losing me and my family as clients.

Arrived at 8:30 am, wanted 6 glazed donuts along with a few others but they had none. Decided the get 50 munchens but was told I can’t have because they don’t have enough and I could get some if I mixed with chocolate and pumpkin. Issue for me is the had enough but didn’t want me to get what I wanted so they can have more for others I guess. Shopping if first come first serve.

No bathroom open to paying customers. Was going to grab some food and coffee, make a quick stop, but chose to spend my money elsewhere. I’d much rather support an establishment that doesn’t lock restrooms at the same place they serve coffee and hot food.

The breakfast was disgusting. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and it took less than 30 seconds to get an old toasted bagel and the cream cheese taste like vegan cheese. I had to throw it away. If I ordered toasted bread why was it cold. I paid $3.40 for a slather, no lie it was a slather of the nastiest cream cheese ever. I stopped going to any dunkin restaurant for 5 years bc the food is nasty and expensive. Even the donuts are not tasteful but i took a chance thinking they cant mess up a bagel. I will stick with Panera bc the prices are the same and the quality and taste is much much better. Wish they had a Panera on every other street instead of a dunkin. Oh and Wawa coffee is cheaper and better tasting too. Im hangry and disappointed

This staff is completely incompetent. This ain’t rocket you place an order and you have to tell them still what you ordered. These people are stupid in every sense of the word. The crazy thing is I actually work for NDCP so I prepare the items they serve.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. The service was poor the guy behind the counter said both bathrooms were out of order and when my order was done he slid the box of donuts to me. No “have a nice day”. Nothing personable. Not a “thank you” nothing. I won’t be back.

They literally got my order wrong they told me to wat before I ordered and I didn’t mind that.I’m driving now I open to eat my sandwich and they gave me sourdough breakfast sandwich. Liter just plain bread wit a sausage and cheese.I was so mad but it’s whatever now never foing back again.
