I am never one to post, but this is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been in. the ones in Newark have better service. I walk in this morning hoping to get a quick coffee and the line is already seven people deep with two people working so I leave walk across the street and get a coffee from somewhere else come back through and I see one of the two people working in the back parking lot in her car Hanging out. And the line only moved one person. The slowest and worst service ever. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else. Drive an extra five minutes if you really want Duncan because this one is horrible.

The guy who works here is very nice, they finally have more staff but it hasn’t improved. My order is never correct. I ordered egg white bites and got bagel bites. Roasted Tomato Toast and got a bacon avocado sandwich. Frequently get a MD when I ordered a LG iced coffee. I come here almost every weekday and it is extremely frustrating to have to wait, correct your own order or just unknowingly get the wrong item. I have no other options between home and my job. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!

Don’t go here. Not worth it unless you want watered down sugar water. Asked for regular got watered down extra light and sweet. Doesn’t even taste like coffee at that point!! Not a 1 time thing. This is the last 5 times I went here. Never again

I go here almost every day. It takes quite some time to get an order since they’re low staffed. Staff is very nice, almost always make my coffee right. Its quicker to go in and place an order than preorder at this location.

SUPER SLOW! I had gotten some Dunkin today and they had given me the wrong drink, my mother had gone back to tell them that it was the wrong order a little bit later because she had to go to work. the workers were super uncooperative. Disrespectful, disgusting staff. The guy had disrespected my mother after she said it was wrong, he had said “maybe don’t come here if u don’t like it” “you shoudlve said something before” like what the hell you’re supposed to be cooperative towards ur customers and he gave the annoying attitude. Horrible service. Needs new staff and better and more experienced workers.
