The worst food you can get at a dunkin. They rush the food due to them thinking they are overwhelmed with people. The bacon is never good and tastes old as well as not properly cooked.The bagels are just as bad because they quickly throw them in the toaster and use the same terrible bacon. They need to try and eat the food themselves to understand how bad it taste. I hate leaving bad reviews, but in order for things to change, they need it.

It’s weird to say this about a dunks, but this particular one is pretty special. I sit here for an hour or two in the morning to do some work a few days a week. I see the busy banter, the downtime banter etc. These people are amazing, even the owners. Friendly, funny, efficient. They all seek to get along very well too and seem to understand the common goal of speed and customer satisfaction. They remember names, faces etc. It’s a unique environment here that I feel they are fortunate to have.

Best dunks I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s actually wild. They are friendly and quick even when they are busy. The staff are excellent. Sometimes my orders get a little messed up but only when it’s a crazy day. They don’t give attitude if you were to come back to get the order fixed. I personally go here a lot, but it’s worth it. Parking can be hard at times. You can always park on the street in a pinch.

My wife who was sick lost her voice due to a cold, she was on her way to an urgent care with our 6 year old boy and stopped by this place 5/24/2023 after 6 pm. 3 employees made fun of her for how she was requesting a slushy instead of a Coolatta. If you don’t know the type of day a person is having you don’t make fun. The person at the window not only made fun of her asking for a slushy with what was left of her voice but kept asking to repeat while calling other employees to come listen to what and how she was saying it. When they had enough fun then told her that they were out of Coolattas because of the time. It was 3 young guys that should be reprimanded and retrained. I tried calling to give them a piece of my mind but the number they have online is not even correct.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. There is always an older women with glasses who is a real jerk. She is never nice and always gives attitude every-time I see her working. Came in for a door dash order and she screamed at me that her boss refuses to let door dash employees come through the drive through and continued to yell at me that I should have known even tho there is nothing stating that on the app. Even when I come in as a customer she always has something rude to say. Half the employees there should be fired including the managers because they are never any help either.

Drive through is very quick and staff is friendly. Perfect for a lunch break from work because I always know I’ll get back to work in time because of the speedy service here. Though what has happened with the orange straws? They have been switched to clear ones and these new clear straws are really bad quality. Cheap plastic and break often. I assume this isn’t a reflection on this dunks specifically though I assume it’s the company as a whole switching the straw type.

I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts every day for about a year now since I switched jobs and it is the most convenient stop along my way. Every single day I order the same exact coffee, fairly simple. Mocha, cream only. 9/10 times, I’m handed a completely unmixed coffee, with no napkins to mix it myself. I frequently end up covered in iced coffee because these guys refuse to do their job and mix your coffee before handing it out the window. Have been putting off this review for a while but finally had enough these guys need to do their job a little bit better. At least give me some freaking napkins if you aren’t going to stir the coffee.

Usually I don’t have an issue here but when my coffees were made wrong (cream instead of milk there is a noticeable difference) I was explaining the difference in the darkness, the worker behind the counter said, “just tell her to shut up already” I get it I was probably short toned with them but in reaction as to the attitude I got while placing my order. Complete rudeness!!!
