Constantly making my drink with no flavor. I’ll stop ordering from here for now on. Nothing worse than getting to work and realizing the drink I was looking forward to tastes disgusting. Sometimes I don’t remember to double check before I leave, most of the time I don’t have time in the morning to wait around for it to be fixed.

To whom it may concern.. but i can tell from the service that the employees at this establishment provide they don’t care. The morning crew is the worst set of human beings i’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. They don’t care about anyone who comes inside.And it’s a select few, not everyone. The store manager has no backbone and she allows them to text, have headphones, and disrespect customers. As customers we are less than and that is not supposed to be the case in the slightest. I’ve been told to my face that I am just a customer and this is there establishment so how they treat me is irrelevant. This place needs an attitude adjustment pronto.

STAY AWAY!! This place is terrible. I head to work about 2pm and had been stopping for a midnight coffee a few days a week. That was until I ended up getting a half inch of grounds on the bottom of my cup. I also had ordered some food and it came out cold, not even close to the portions it was supposed to have, or even made correctly. And yes, the drive thru is a disaster. The building is nice enough though. I hate to say it but, fire everyone and start with a new crew that actually want jobs.

This is typically my usual spot to stop at. Lately is has been Terrible!!! My orders take forever even though I use the app 20-30 minutes ahead of time. They aren’t getting the simple orders correct and the young staff there are totally scattered. They don’t seem to have a clue as to what they’re doing, or care, and are too busy socializing and gossiping. Today I used my app once again, and my order wasn’t ready -after 20 minutes of placing it. 2 people walked in, placed their order and received their items immediately. After questioning where my order was at, a girl stated in the background “oh I had started to make that coffee but dropped it”. Why not make it again instead of moving on the the other orders?? A 1/2 hour after placing the order, I finally got my drink…and it was Completely Wrong…Do Not Go To This Location!!!

The staff seemed confused to what they had behind the counter and what was in stock and the service was fairly slow and the language and conversation of the workers was a bit colorful for what I expect typically out of a chain restaurant, but no harm no foul it just gave the restaurant a fairly local feel to it. All in all everyone was friendly enough and the coffee was exceptionally good.
