We are a locally owned food truck serving Pueblo, Pueblo West and surrounding areas. We offer full truck serrvice catering, full service catering and drop off catering. We serve Texas style brisket, pulled pork, hotlink smoked sausage, babyback ribs. Southern sides, signature bbq sauce, our spicy garlic dill pickles, cobbler, cornbread, and offer daily specials.

Went to a wedding catered the Chavez family who own Double D’S BBQ out of Pueblo West. I had to write a review because the food was fan freaking tastic. The brisket was juicy and flavorful along with some amazing pulled pork. I tried the jalapeño corn and was pleased with the crunch of the corn and just the right amount of heat. This was some of the best BBQ I have had in a long time. If you have catering needs I would not hesitate to contact them. You won’t be disappointed. I finished my plate so fast I forgot to take a picture, sorry
