My pizza was ready for pickup, waited in the parking lot for almost 10mins, i called the store, the employee simply gave me my order, then she just left without saying thank you for your business or we’re sorry to keep you waiting, lesser ingredients, pizza crust wasn’t good unlike before. They dropped the ball tonight. Tried to have a date night with my wife. So ordered pizza for our 8 kids only to never get our order in time to feed the kids at a reasonable hour. Had to wait for them to remake and deliver the order. Thanks dominos for blowing our date night. Still waiting for the food. Not sorry to say from this point on we be looking for someone else for pizza. Sorry not sorry. My money will go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service and delivery. If you order something from here make sure you do cash tip after you verify everything is there. We have ordered delivery about 4 times and each time it’s been messed up from not getting specific items to not getting our food for 4 hours after ordering. Corporate needs to place a delivery order nearby and see the horrible customer service. Tonight we got our order but it was missing 1 of 2 pizzas and the dipping sauce. When I called them they asked if I wanted to have them remake it or bring it out, with all the other food at the house waiting I said bring it here. Little did I know it would take another 30-40 minutes to get that cold pizza… my original order took 30 minutes starting from scratch. This is why Uber eats and grub hub will take over delivery for pizza places.

I love Dominos, but this one ain’t it. They seem to make up their store hours as they please and tend to close 1-2 hours before their posted times. The problem is that they still allow you to place mobile orders, which they accept but never deliver. Pretty sure they rely on customers not calling in for a refund, so they can just collect money without doing anything. Staff is really short and rude over the phone, too. I wish the Dominos app allowed you to order from a better location with competent management

The drivers disregard instructions and will know on your door to try and get a tip or additional trip even for Covid conscious customers who request otherwise. It has nothing to do with signing the paper because when u give a tip they never knock.
