I ordered from Aliante Dominos in North Las Vegas Store #7496-DATE: 8/13/2021 6:03 PM order total $27.59….The order was fine except for the pasta plate Chicken Alfredo. When I got my order home the pasta plate was burnt. I called the next day because I wanted to order more food. I called the store and told the person who answered what happened the cashier told me I can’t exchange the pasta because I didn’t call to tell about it the same night WHAT?!!! I called LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY!! …(I have the burned plate AND my receipt even took a photo of the burnt food plate). I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT A PAYING CUSTOMER CAN’T RETURN/EXCHANGE FOOD THAT WAS BURNED BY THE COMPANY YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR FOOD AKA PARTONIZING THE COMPANY! I asked for the manager “PATRICK” he told me that he can’t exchange the pasta plate because I didn’t call it in the same night! THEN had the never to finally say “well I can do it this time but I can’t guarantee it will ever happen again” WHO does he think he’s talking to one of his friends??! I order the same Brooklyn-style crust large pizza at every Domino’s I’ve ever been to. This one was by far the worst. In fact I don’t even think they know what brooklyn-style crust is at this location. It was a very dried out pizza. It seemed like the guy working there was hoarding the cheese, sauce, and pepperoni. He also said they don’t carry napkins, plates, or crushed peppers.

Amazing just amazing team work. The customer service was good I was greeted and everyone that worked Thursday night were in sync and I was just amazed at how a team could be in such sync and everyone was looking out for each other. The location was busy and everyone still kept busy, worked together, communicated, I even saw associates dancing. Love this vibe, keep up the great work !

2 weeks in a row my pizza was extremwly late being ready. My wife waited over 30 minutes in the store, after they said on the website that the pizza was done. They had actually missed our order somehow. This place is not organized. I would recommend finding another pizza place if you live close to this one.

Was so so in flavor, the thin crust was just bad and was not edible after cold! They do have an easy website to navigate and order on. A good place to order when seeking a deal but forgoing flavor and I hate to say it “quality”. 3 stars due to the fact they allow you to use the coupon online and not many places give that option, so I do give them credit for that!
